Efficient Support for Setup and Connectivity

Changed I-provider so has to re-setup Meural and needed support to reestablish internet connection and communication between canvas and my tablet. Took 3 support sessions but got a very smart person who did the trick!

Enhanced Control over Artwork Selection

Playlist pictures in the application not showing up so that I can review them for any level of nudity before sending it to home canvas.

Convenient Tool for Making Changes

Use this app all the time to make changes to our Canvia. Works well. I wish it could save my password instead of having to add it each time.

Immersive Art Experience from the Comfort of Home

Love the product and love the app! It's great to be able to sit on the couch and look at works of art and do a bit of art history all from the comfort of your home.

Persistence Pays Off

Honestly, I was disappointed at the beginning. But I didn't give up, I made it work. The difficult part was the configuration between the app and the canvas. Now I'm happy with my Digital Frame Canvas, it is awesome. If anyone is interested in buying it, I suggest "Don't Give Up." You can make it work. Play with it, you will love it. Follow the instructions and try and try... figure it out!

Loss of Control Resolved with Support

We have had Meural for two+ months now and have loved it. After a recent update, though, we lost control of Meural with the app, which made using the device useless. I logged out and logged back in and was told wrong password. If you have Orbi as well, keep that in mind.

Responsive Customer Service

I am in love with mine! Customer service reacts immediately to emails and responds with a thorough answer. I am hoping they come out with a large version to go over my couch!

Easy Set-Up and Helpful Instructions

I love my Meural. Initial set-up was a bit confusing, but that could have been because I am not a techy. The set-up instructions were very helpful, and having the ability to crop in the edit mode was very helpful.

Excellent Cloud Space and Support

The color is fantastic. I had a problem early with not enough cloud space, and customer support immediately bumped up my 4 GBs to 20GBs. Although it is a little pricey for the walnut frame (an extra $100), that was my wife's choice and I really like it. She has her own app on her cell phone to make desired changes.

It's a great app! The layout of the app is beautiful, and the functionality is exceptional. The customer support goes above and beyond.

Reliable Connectivity and Timely Support

I got the canvas for Christmas, and I love it! The app does make it easy to control the canvas or upload photos to it. This product is well-made, and customer service is quick and knowledgeable.

Endless Selection of Artwork

The Jan 3 update crashes every time you go into settings... Update! 1 hour after posting this, I've had three emails from Meural support and a beta version to test... Joe at Meural was on the case, truly excellent support!

Personalized Art Experience

It’s hard to put into words how much we enjoy our Meural. It came packaged beautifully and was easy to connect to Wi-Fi and the app. I have the subscription service and am never disappointed with the artwork. I love the way I can change my artwork to my mood. Happy, sad, celebrating, reflecting, learning ~ there’s artwork or a photo to match whatever is going on in your life.

Efficient Troubleshooting and Repair

One day my Meural would not turn on – I tried some troubleshooting ideas I found online to no avail. I reached out to customer service, and Brett was assigned to help. We tried a few troubleshooting things, still nothing. I had to pack up my beautiful canvas and ship it off. I received an email within 24 hours of the team receiving it saying it’s repaired and being returned to me. It speaks volumes to me how the customer service team handled the troubleshooting and return, and I thank them. Thank you for a beautiful, thoughtful product.

Improved App and Support

I love the product, and the new app update is a huge improvement over the previous version. I've reached out to the support team a couple of times, and they've been very helpful. Lastly, I'm a subscriber, and the subscription is a great value for the money. The playlists are superbly curated. I get to enjoy an endless selection of art from many centuries.

Smooth App Experience

There was a brief hiccup with connecting my Meural canvas, but everything is working now. I have to say, with the negative reviews, I expected this to be clunky and annoying, but the app works great - it seems like there was an update to the app recently, so I've jumped on at the right time.
